Life can be a tempest,
even if you are alone.
maybe especially if so...
God is always there for us, waiting for us, but oh how we need each other when we can't find him. It's odd that these are the times when we are most often alone-
and sometimes just an empty street is
enough to get you by.
just a place to rest your feet...
sometimes it takes all I have to
remember i'm not alone.
sometimes i don't even have that much.
but there's been enough light in my life
to remember the warmth of the glow,
so still I walk forward,
waiting for something to get through to me,
for someone to stop and shake me,
for a heart warm enough to melt me.
when the excitement is not present,
I pray I will not be defeated
by loneliness.
never give up on love,
never say die,

There is a quote saying, 'if you are afraid of being lonely, don't try to be right..' And someone once told me 'Men create the loneliness..' I never believed the truth until 2 years ago when I made a life-changing decision. I realised that it was true for most of the time.
Hey, Dan, trust me, I believe all people in this world ever felt being lonely. Sometimes, I always do, though I am surrounded with many people who love and care for me. But, there are times when I need a privacy and someone to just listen and sit on the side of me. And, it's hard to have those.
What I'm trying to say is get up, and step your feet on the real world again. The world that we live can be a wilderness. And, most of the time, it becomes that way because of our own way of thinking. You are not alone. We have a same God who never leaves nor forsakes us. Keep you in prayer. =))
Anyway, I am so impressed, you are such a God's given talent..
